Thank you for purchasing JRD products(here refers OEM brands manufactured by JRD and JRD branding products together). All new JRD products come with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase from an authorized distributor(together refers to JRD’s customers and their authorized resellers). All JRD products sold as "refurbished", "reconditioned", or "factory renewed" are covered by a 90 day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase from an authorized agent.

 

 

The limited warranty is provided to the original owner only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase will be required for any limited warranty on JRD products. JRD warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any product: (i) which has been repaired or altered unless done or approved by JRD or JRD’s authorized distributors, (ii) which has not been maintained in accordance with any operating or handling instructions provided by JRD or JRD’s authorized distributors, (iii) which has been altered or damaged by accident; (iv) which has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, abuse, power shortage, or negligence or (v) which has been used other than in accordance with the product operating and handling instructions.

 

 

Within a period of time identified below from the date of purchase, if JRD receives notice of defect (from JRD’s customers)in any JRD product which is covered by JRD's warranty, JRD shall either repair or replace the defective product, at JRD's option. JRD shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the customer returns the defective product to JRD’s customer service center according to the Warranty Procedure in below. Accessories outside of the console, such as but not limited to remote control, batteries, earphones, and AC adapter will only carry a 90-day warranty from the original date of purchase. For software products, JRD 's limited warranty applies only to a failure to execute programming instructions. JRD does not warrant that the operation of any product will be interrupted or error free.

For the duration of the warranty period, JRD will replace or repair defective products. If a product is suspected of being defective, local distributors (JRD’s Customers who bought the products from JRD) should gather this reported unit one by one monthly,And fill the diagnosis form provided by JRD and then send all the filled diagnosis forms back to JRD’s service center at support @ JRDmultimedia.com, A after-sale service representative will check whether all the reported units are under JRD’s warranty and then the local distributor sends back the confirmed monthly warrantable units together in a courier parcel(DHL/UPS for reference). JRD’s after-sale service engineer will authorize the exchange or repair of the defective item. Products must be shipped in the original or comparable packaging with shipping and insurance charges prepaid on local distributors’ own account. While, JRD will send back the repaired or exchanged units back to the local distributor with shipping and insurance charges on JRD’s account.

 

 

Neither JRD or its third party suppliers make any other warranty or condition of any kind whether expressed or implied, with respect to the JRD products, and specifically disclaim the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

 

Except for the limited obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shall JRD or its third party suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory and whether advised of the possibilities of such damages.
